this goes out to Cecilia in Nova Scotia .. your letter brought me to tears ..I had no idea my songs could move you so much .. I started writing because my therapist told me to start a journal .. start to express my feelings ..and well ...all that was what came out ..mostly an accident ... I didnt even know those were my feelings

and I want everyone to know .. this was my story ..over 11 years and many nights cryin.. and now Im 100% ok ..not even sad ..well sometimes a little sad ..but mostly ok

..and ..I have a dog ..really cute one ..and I let him in the house..
